This work became part of the campaign "What the people want". He and his partner at the time, Mike Danko named the black beetle Max. Thus came a slew of work based off of Max. Toys, TV spots, blog interviews, and a talking beetle voiced by Bronson Pinchot (Balky from Perfect Strangers).

A print campaign for the Passat. At the time it was the fastest VW and could cook every one of the German automakers cars in a quarter mile. Off the line, the GTI wins.
Colin did an energy drink for the new GLI as a sales sheet for dealerships nationwide. They ended up on VW fan sites and eBay and were fans were going crazy for a can. Dealers were drinking them onsite and sales went up, whether it was the can or the stuff in the can it's still pretty cool.
